Game World
The game world is an an artistic simulation of the current real-world archaeological working environments in the city of Dion.
The Excavation Area represents the excavated terrain of the Villa of Dionysus, situated at the foothills of Mount Olympus and next to the ancient river Vafyras.
The Labs are reproductions of the archaeologists’ workshops in Dion.
The Exhibition Hall is inspired by the Archaeological Museum of Dion.
Art
The game environments and characters are based on a unique concept art rendered in 3D.
The ancient artifacts you discover in the game are 3D photogrammetric reconstructions of the real-world artifacts found in the Archaeological Museum of Dion.
Music
Based on an original ancient Greek theme, the music is an original composition based on an ancient Greek harp sounds and ancient Greek theme "Song of Seikilos"
Culturplay is a game/software studio crafting experiences to promote cultural heritage and playful learning
